Tony has been at Mitchells since 1998 and became ACA qualified in 2001. The majority of his accounting experience is in regards clients with care homes and learning disability homes as well as owner managed businesses.

Not only does Tony hold a vast portfolio of care home clients but also performs corporate finance and due diligence assignments acting for either the vendor or acquirer for deals typically between £2m - £4m. Many such assignments are conducted for non-clients primarily where the incumbent accountant does not possess the required skill set for this type of work. Other professionals who recognise his specialism in this area refer the vast majority of these assignments.

The expertise in corporate finance together with the healthcare experience ensures he is well placed to aid the growth of emerging care home groups, as well as offer invaluable advice to single owner operators. Tony still devotes his Sunday mornings to football until his knees give up entirely.
