Mitchells offer graduates at AAT or degree level a contract of employment which includes a comprehensive, fully supervised training program which extends over a period of 36 months. A closely monitored and structured program of tuition is provided by a top firm of external tutors. Training consists of a combination of courses at the tutors' offices, private study and regular tests, as well as on the job training. Paid study leave is granted and course and examination fees are paid for first attempts.
From the moment your training begins you will be assigned a mentor. They will monitor and support your professional and personal development and monitor your ICAEW or ACCA exam success. Other partners and senior staff are also available to discuss any problem that may arise and offer guidance.
