About Jill Jones – Managing Director
Jill Jones has 20 years combined experience in helping businesses maximise the return on their investment in people. She has spent all her working life in Human Resources, achieving her CIPD professional qualification at Huddersfield University in 1993 and working her way up the career ladder in blue-chip companies. Her aim is to bring ‘big business’ creativity and ideas to help smaller organisations realise their potential. Although she has worked in senior roles, contributing at a strategic level is not all she is about. Hands on, practical and approachable are qualities she is proud of.
