"I was referred to Mitchells for the acquisition of a Care Home.  I was informed they had Corporate Finance expertise in this field and as I was purchasing the shares of the business, it made sense to be with a firm of Accountants/Business Advisers who had experience of and were familiar in this business sector.

Mitchells kept in constant contact with me throughout the deal and only by continuous dialogue and review by them, revealed that the proposed purchase was overpriced by approximately £300,000. I successfully renegotiated the price based on the information received.
